Introducing the Our Remission Blueprint

His program is designed to give you the latest research on IBD and nutrition in a user-friendly format, so you can find out what really works for IBD & what things you can let go of.

You get the information you need, without getting overwhelmed by conflicting opinions online. We even explain why there are disagreements on nutrition topics and what’s missing from the conversation so you’ll leave more confident and less confused.

The most common things we hear from those finishing are:
“I feel so much more confident in what works for IBD & less confusion and fear at meal time”
“I have less symptoms now and have included things I thought I couldn’t have”

With CCRB you’ll have everything you need to reduce your risk of flare up, reduce symptoms and feel more confident about what the most effective strategies for nutrition are.

Do you ever wish you could find the perfect diet plan to help you manage your Crohn’s or Colitis symptoms? Us too.

You’re confused by all the contradictory information you see online.

You’d like to figure out what the experts are discovering about IBD, but you don’t know where to go to find reliable information.

You feel worn out from trying to keep up with all the different diets (SCD, AIP, Paleo, Low FODMAP, etc.)

And let me guess… You’ve also Googled “what to eat for IBD” and found a million ideas on what NOT to eat and no answer on what in the world TO eat?!

As a result of trying to figure it out – perhaps now you’ve restricted your diet so much that you are down to only a few “safe” foods.

You know food matters with IBD and want to reclaim the freedom you’ve been missing by not having to spend so much energy and time guessing at what works…

You’re not alone. A lot of people like you just need a little guidance in finding what’s truly evidence-based nutrition and what actually works. You need someone who can walk you through the process and demystify IBD nutrition once and for all.

Our Crohn’s + Colitis Remission Blueprint program is for IBD patients who:

Are tired of surface-level advice, generic nutrition guidance & irrelevant handouts

Are tired of being told nutrition doesn’t matter (despite the overwhelming evidence)

Don't want to have to explain themselves to another health care professional

Are tired of restricting everything and not getting results

Need answers from experts who live and breathe IBD nutrition

Are ready to be surrounded by a community that “gets it”

Know that nutrition does matter, but needs to know how to make it work

Want the latest research in IBD nutrition but don’t want to spend hours searching for it

Just want to reduce symptoms & feel like themselves again

IBD symptom remission is possible.

It is possible to create a nutrition plan that helps you achieve symptom remission and stay symptom-free longer. You can figure out a long-term nutrition solution that complements your medical treatment plan and helps you reduce your risk in the long term.

It’s also possible to expand your diet so you don’t feel so restricted, and choose meal plans that don’t feel overwhelming.

We can give you an evidence-based approach that gives you a clear plan for what to put on your plate to help you reduce your symptoms and stop guessing on what is effective.

The strangest secret in the world is that you become what you think about. — Earl Nightingale

We use nutrition to treat those who have had an IBD diagnosis – Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, microscopic colitis (lymphocytic & collagenous), j-pouch, ileostomy and indeterminate IBD cases. We also see ages 3 and up.

Absolutely, yes! Why delay care and support when you need it?

It’s tempting to want to test out one thing at a time, but remember with IBD care – there isn’t usually one singular approach. It’s even better if you can support your medication path with a complementary nutrition approach.

Most people meet with us 1-2 years after diagnosis, once they have had a chance to really understand the value of handing over your nutrition to someone. However, we would love to work with more of those who are newly diagnosed.

The earlier you can start implementing nutrition the better! Implementing nutrition early can help reduce risk AND improve chances of remission.

Some dietitians use a one-size-fits-all approach with their patients, but that’s not the way we work. We consider your individual needs and focus on getting YOU results.

If you are interested in just a few sessions and a place to ask questions and get resources, we recommend our CCRB program! You can add on a few 1:1 sessions and get lifetime access with our care package add-on.
